Different unlucky ladies find themselves stalked, and then if that ain't bad enough, the stalkers decide to cross the line from just observing to using their sexy objects of affection to get their jollies. I am not sure if this is a complete series, but numbers 1 and 2 belong together. This video scandal is basically build-up for number 2 as we see a young pretty shopkeeper followed around town, and then our stalker get more forward towards the end. Staged video scandal? Hard to day only as it is out of Japan. Sort of hot when he starts to wank it at the end and we see the look of shock and disgust on her face.
