This is exactly the kind of clip that makes me want to move to Japan and become a bus groper. Find a pretty lady on the bus, start to get a little slimy with her, arouse her, and then get some action right on the bus so you don't need to buy her dinner and pay for a hotel room. Obvious staged clip that will only appeal to some.
